We basically differentiate the Flightnet changes into three categories:
1. Continuous product improvements
In our regular upates, we include new features suggested by our customers that help to improve our product. The updates are included in the subscription price and are implemented according to our internal roadmap.
2. Sponsored development
With sponsored development we extend our system according to specific customer requirements. Usually, these are substantial extensions. Here, customers profit from features tailored to their requirements, sponsored by them for a fraction of
the effective implementation costs. In return, we can offer such extensions to other Flightnet customers.
3. Customer-internal extensions
Such features are implemented according to specific customer requirements and available for the customer only. They are charged at expense.
