You can subscribe to a backup email that Flightnet sends each night, containing all reservations of the next seven days. This is to make sure that you have an overview of all planned flights even in the very unlikely case of a system failure of Flightnet including its backup systems.
Which users do get the backup email?
Navigate to [Users] [Backup email recipients] to view the list of the recipients.
How to add a user to the recipients list
| 1. | Make sure that there is an entry for the user including email address in the user administration |
| 2. | Select the user in the user drop down of the [Backup email recipients] window |
| 3. | Click on  to add the user's email address |
How to remove a user from the recipients list
| 1. | Click on  on the user's row |
