Several
reservation levels
You can enter as many aircraft types and reservation categories
as necessary. Pilots can only manage their own reservations, while
office users can easily schedule flights for any pilot.
There are different reservation levels:
1. Normal reservation
2. Standby reservation (waiting list)
3. Reservation request (reservation is valid if confirmed by
the office only; optional). This allows your commercial flights to have
priority over private flights. Can be enabled per aircraft.

Standby:
Standby reservation => aircraft becomes available => changed
to normal reservation
Reservation request:
reservation request by user => reservation is confirmed by office=>
normal reservation,
if not confirmed => no reservation

The pilot gets an email or SMS - depending on the settings - as
confirmation of aircraft reservation or cancellation, or if he's
on the standby list and the aircraft gets available.
Instructors get a separate email or sms if they are booked for a
flight lesson.
